How credits work
- Each research query uses a variable number of credits depending on:
- The complexity of the question
- How many data sources are consulted
- The length of the AI analysis
- Your current credit balance is displayed in the app header
- You’ll receive a warning when your balance is running low
Checking your balance
Your credit balance is always visible in the top navigation bar. For detailed usage information, go to Settings to see:- Current credit balance
- Subscription tier
- Usage history
- Billing details
Managing your subscription
Dialog integrates with Stripe for payment processing. From Settings, you can:- View your current plan and usage
- Manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal
- Update payment methods and billing information
- View invoices and payment history
Click Manage Subscription in Settings to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your plan, payment method, and billing details.
